Since all our sites are custom designed and developed, we have developed a proven process to involve the client during various developmental stages.
We accept 50% deposit of the selected package price prior to commencement. 50% is due upon satisfactory delivery of a working site

Since all our sites are custom designed and developed, we have developed a proven process to involve the client during various developmental stages.
- Upon receipt of an initial payment, e-Restaurants will assign the client a project manager who will communicate with the client and oversee the project.
- The project manager will get a feel of the client's design taste including colour preferences as well as style. Design drafts are furnished within 4 days from when necessary materials like logos are received.
- Programming team will then begin to program the site according to specifications and features requested. Client would be provided with weekly updates through our project management system, Pixel Manager.
- Tickets can be started using Pixel Manager at any time and escalated with reason. Project completion time is typically within 1 month.
